Cheese Order
Curds and hard cheeses are packed in approximately 1-pound (500 g) packages, cream cheese in ΒΌ pound (125 g) packages.
You order the number of packages that you think you will need for the month. We make up your invoice when the cheese arrives according to the exact price of the cheese packages. Your cheese order will be taken once a month, with payment due, in cash, on delivery the last week of the month.
You can Place an order anytime prior to the 20th of each month. There is NO ORDER IN NOVEMBER or FEBRUARY. The December cheese order will take place the beginning part of December, in time for Christmas.
